On Sunday 26 and Monday 27 July, 2009 we were attacked by the Islamic faithfulls called Boko Haram in Maiduguri, the capital city of Borno State, Nigeria.
The Maiduguri Divisional Headquarter Church, Jajeri District Headquarter Church, our offices, parsonages, gospel vans, equipments and other vehicles were bombed by the Boko Harams. Some of our beloved brethren were also roasted in the fire of the bombs while some were killed with guns and machets. The church buildings, offices, parsonages, equipments, vehicles and other materials lost in the bomb attack were valued at over one hundred million naira, about seven hundred thousand dollars.
We have started reconstructing our lives and church buildings because the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ must be preached and taught according to His commandments. We appeal to you to please support us by any means possible. Help us to contact other friends as well. Go to our BOKO HARAM ATTACK page for more information.
